Dal Lake Conservation Project (DLCP)
at Srinagar, has been formulated under the National lake
Conservation Plan (NLCP) of MoEF, GOI with 100% funding by GOI,
under the IXth Plan. The total cost of the project as given in
the Project Feasibility report (PFR) is approx. Rs. 297 crores.
The PFR has been approved by GOI and the project is under
Design and Detailed Engineering stage. The nodal agency for
the project is J&K Housing & Urban Development Department. The
J&K Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LWDA), Srinagar
is the project implementing agency. IRAMCONSULT,
New Delhi are the consultants to J&K LWDA, Srinagar.
IRAMCONSULT prepared the
Engineering drawings in AUTOCAD of 9 Pumping Stations (PS) and
2 sewage treatment plants (STPs) proposed to be constructed
under the DLCP at Srinagar. The scope of work for IRAMCONSULT
included preparation of the layout plans, Hydraulic profiles,
L-sections, Civil & Structural Engineering drawings,
Electrical and Mechanical Engineering drawings, and working
drawings. The project is at the Detailed Project Report stage.
